Registration fees

The organizing committee provides 10,000 JPY early bird registration discount to those who register for ITC Fukuoka 2023 until 30th June 2023.

All speakers are required Early bird registration. If you are a speaker and we cannot confirm your registration until 30th June 2023, your presentation may be deleted from the program.

Banquet

Banquet will be held on Thursday 28th September, 2023. If you wish to join the banquet, please register from the button below. Deadline for banquet registration is 1st September, 2023.

Lunch

Lunch is not included in the registration fee. To be aware of the SDGs and to solve the problem of food loss, lunch is available for order at this conference. If you wish to order lunch(es), please order from the button below. Deadline for orders is 1st September, 2023.

You can choose a lunch box from four types of Japanese, Western/Chinese, Sandwich, or Vegetarian for each day. See the menu below.
Note that free lunches will NOT be provided at the luncheon seminars. If you wish to attend a seminar while having lunch, bring your own lunch.

Note that Peatix website is used as the ordering system for banquet and lunches at ITC Fukuoka 2023, and a Peatix account must be created for orders. In addition, payment and cancellation policies will follow Peatix policies.

Payment [Registration fee]

Select the payment method either by credit card or bank transfer on the registration form.
After completing the payment, the receipt of payment can be downloaded from the registration site.

Credit card payment

Various cards such as Visa, MaserCard, JCB, AMEX and Diners are accepted. Credit card payment will be processed through GMO Payment Gateway Inc.

Cancellation of participation

Registered participants who are unable to attend the meeting will have their paid fees refunded in accordance with the cancellation policy below. Please provide a written notice of cancellation by email to the secretariat. If cancellation is made after 25th August, 2023 no refund of fee can be expected.

If you are infected with COVID-19 just before the conference, you will not be able to attend the conference. In this case, please contact the secretariat. To receive a refund of the participation fee, you will need to submit a COVID-19 test certificate. The certificate must be issued by a hospital/clinic within one week prior to the conference. Please note that a cancellation processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

Entry into Japan

Foreign nationals who apply for new entry into Japan prescribed applications in the Entrants, Returnees Follow-up System (ERFS) completed by the receiving organizations located in Japan has not been required since 11th October 2022. In addition, the measures which limits the new entry of foreign tourists to a package tour have been lifted. Visa exemption arrangements have also been resumed.

Visa application

If you are from a country whose citizens are required to get a visa to entry Japan, please download the information sheet from the below link. The information sheet must be filled accurately and sent to the secretariat to issue supporting documents for visa application. Please note that registration to the conference must be completed for participants who need to apply for a visa. Please be also advised to contact the Consular Section of the Embassy or Consulate General of Japan nearest you for more information in advance.
